MISSION
The mission of the Northwest Suburban Education to Careers Partnership, a partnership of the school Districts 211, 214, 220 and Harper College, and the local community and employers, is to improve regional education for employment by coordinating programs and expanding opportunities for students to explore careers and develop transferable technical skills for future work.
Purpose for Starting the Partnership:
The Northwest Suburban Education to Careers Partnership was established through an intergovernmental agreement approved January 24, 1985. A subsequent revision was approved September 9, 1986. Its purpose is to foster Partnership planning and effort, directed to improving the vocational education and services provided to the area residents served by the Partnership in the most cost-effective manner.
Board of Representatives:
The Board of Representatives is composed of the chief executive officer from each member district and other members designated by each district’s chief executive officer. The Board meets quarterly.
